No customer support on a Saturday?

HI there,

Not sure if this is the wrong place as I can't seem to find a valid customer support forum anymore here, Is anyone experiencing any delays with web tickets? I sent a ticket over 5 days ago and still have not heard anything, I have just gone to call but then found out they are only open Mon-Fri?

Oh lol, No it's not Gibbo, I've got a dodgy EK 120mm FPT fan that's under warranty and I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and still not heard anything so just went to call to find they're closed.

A major retailer with no customer support on a Saturday is imo not great.

Haven't had the chance to call as I work the usual 9-5 myself so thought I'd try ringing them today.
