No delivery tomorrow?

Hey guys, I placed an order for a few items today at 2:14 - called back at about 5:10 to check it was going to be shipped and the gent I spoke to said it would be going out today.

I have just checked my account and it is still showing as printed in our warehouse?

I have usually received an email to confirm my DPD number by the end of the work day but didn't get one - should I assume I wouldn't recieve this tomorrow?

A bit miffed as this happened to me a few weeks back when I ordered my PSU... Maybe I'm having a have bad luck spell?

I did post it in the customer service Section but not sure if those get read out of hours?

Yes - all were in stock at time of ordering and it was confirmed 20 mins prior to closing that it will be shipped.

A bit annoying when you're forced to pay next day delivery and it not be shipped.

Like i said, I wouldn't mind if it was the first time but twice in a few feeks?
 
You should have posted in the Customer Service section of the forum..I'm sure OCUK will be more than happy to offer a refund of some sort :)
 
They had 2, I think, just before I ordered

I come to learn if they have very low stock I see if I can look at different products as several people could have piped you to the post, the time system has done stock update they could have been sold.

Thats fine and I understand - I just find it a little frustrating that it was confirmed to me that it was going to be shipped today just prior to the shop closing.

Ah well.... I hope they get them back in stock soon.

OCUK can see which orders the stock has been allocated against, so if they checked on the phone then it's likely you had one of the 2 left, just they didn't ship it out in time, happened a few times to me lately too :(

If worst comes to worst I can either swap for a Silver Arrow or see if they can ship the case and wiring with cooler to follow...
