No display (6 red blinks) on 65 inch Sony TV

So I want to test the standby voltage on this Sony 65inch KDL65W...

From all the YouTube videos there should be an indicator for where to test that (I have a multimeter) but this board doesn't seem to indicate...

... salvaged boards can be pretty cheap, so i have gone down that route.
