Motherboard: M5A97 2.0
CPU: FX-6350
RAM: DDR3 4x2 1600Mhz
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 140GB
PSU: 750W
GPU: Sapphire RX 590 Nitro+ 8GB
My computer had not been used for 1 year; it had an R9 280 GPU on it, and I upgraded it with an RX 590. GPU lighting is on, but when I start the computer, the motherboard LED is on, the fans are spinning, but there is no display, the HDD light is not on, and there is no beep sound.
Things I've tried:
I couldn't enter the BIOS menu.
I removed the BIOS battery and reinserted it after a few minutes.
I tried swapping the ram in various ways, single and double, in all slots.
I removed all the RAM, and this time there was a long beep sound because there was no RAM installed.
I reinstalled my old R9 280 gpu.
I took the jumper off 1,2, put it on 2,3, waited a while, and put it back in place.
I tried a different monitor.
None of them worked; what could be the problem?
