No display on new build

What was broken then when you could'nt get it going with the new msi board had the psu failed

The PSU was the cause, it's on RMA at the moment, I imagine they'll send me a newer model or something.

The CPU and mobo were killed in the incident too but RAM was fine (curently for sale in the MM).
