No display output

I'm having an issue with my display not working, computer boots up, fans spin but the screen does not react. I checked if it's plugged in properly and plugged it into different displayports but that didn't do anything.

What has changed since it worked and not worked? What were you running previous to the event? Any windows updates or driver changes? Physically moved the computer or monitor?
Tried another monitor or onboard graphics if you have then?

So the pc is new, I had this issue since the day it arrived. When plugging in the monitor into my old pc the display works.

Have you got onboard graphics to try? Then do a clean install of GPU drivers. You could reseat your GPU also if still no luck.
Not to sound silly, but you are plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard?

Though what is the spec?

When I plugged it into the onboard gpu the display started working, It has be something with the graphics card then, it's the rtx 2080 if that matters.

i7 10700k, MSI MPG z490, 16 gb of ram and the 2080

Power cables connected corectlty to the gpu ?

Try 2nd pcie slot.

Bios primary display set to auto or gpu.

Yep, the psu cables weren't properly connected, pushing them fully in fixed the issue.
