I've setup my new computer rig but when I plug in DVI port to the motherboard I don't get any display, I've tried and connect it to the graphics card and still the same

Specs?

Is there any activity from the PC? any fans spinning, any lights ON?

Does the GFX card need extra power from the PSU?

When you plugged the display into the motherboard, remove the GFX card.

Remove the GFX card and connect the display to the board, does it work then? if so, update the BIOS. (do this first if you can get a display without the GFX card)

Are you using a DVI-VGA adapter to connect to the monitor?

Do you have another monitor or TV you can try it with.
Also, are you 100% certain that all your connectors are all properly connected?
The mobo is screwed in using the stand-offs.
Have you tried assembling it out of the case.
