No display

Hi i built my son a new pc 2 weeks ago all was working fine then it would not boot up so I pulled the main power cable to the mother board plugged it back in and it fired up but now there is no display though maby it was a problem with his graphics card so tested it on my PC and it worked fine so.i put mine into his and still no picture not really sure what to do now could it be a faulty motherboard?

Yes I have tried both also tried it on my monitor it's really annoying as the fans all and light work when it's switch on just no display

I removed the bios battery had it out for about 5 mins still nothing

I've pulled the ram and tried one in all slots still orange light I've just tried the ram in my pc and it works fine

Have you tried your ram in your sons PC ?

Failing that, looks like it could be the board.

Yeah just tried a stick of my ram in all 4 slots still the same orange light

ok so i took the board out the case today and rebilt on the table still have the same problem i pulled the cpu and tried it in mine no display but also mine didnt work on the other board so im at a loss i tried one stick of ram in all 4 slots but made no diffrence i also tried my psu on his board made no diffrence also

No i got incontact with overclockers i found a bent min on the mother board which I managed to ben back but made no diffrence I'm gonna order a new board next week and hopefully that will sort it

Worst thing about it when I build it and gave it to my son it was all working fine for a week then nothing don't know what he done with it

Hi yes I removed the bios battery for about 30 mins still nothing there was no button on tge back of tge motherboard but thank all thay tried to help me it's very much appreciated
