No DVI output - help?

Hi guys,

Just bought a DVI-D cable to connect my 8800GT to my Iiyama Prolite E438S.

I've connected the cable up but... I can't seem to get it to acknowledge digital input. Are there any settings I need to change or something at the PC end of things?

Well it does help if you re-enable dual display
