Well if they indeed bundle BF4 with the 8000 series, the next gen AMD cards are going to sell like hot cakes!

Release the limitation/handicap of drawcalls-anything between 10x - 100x less drawcalls than a console can achieve.
There's other limitations of DX over the consoles too, uncap them all and let the PC truly fly.

it will, but MS have to work with GPU makers to get features in to DX12 that the cards then support
AMD coming out and saying that they are not looking to release DX12 cards also effectively means that MS are not actively looking to it either
given that Xbox is going to be DX11, I can't see MS wanting to hurt their own console sales by releasing DX12 before Xbox has even released
it is looking to be at least another 18 months to 2 years before we even hear hints of DX12

It is. But I'm sure they keep AMD/Nvidia in the loop so they know how to engineer their cards etc....
