No executive memory protect DS3

Can anyone tell me what this does and is it best turned of or on its found in the BIOS.
Iam having so many problems playing games of various manufacturers that iam trying to eliminate things one at a time.

I have just built a system for my friend with a ds3,6300 and Geil 2GB 6400. I didnt encounter any problems with any games

Also you should not disable or enable stuff in the bios if you dont know what you are doing
