No FFB on steering wheel - help!

Ok I got reduced to 40gbp a Thrustmaster Fereri experience and I'm yet to use FFB, I've tried a number of games. Does it need to power off mains or something? I installed drivers online

Trying to find any other drivers. I goto Game controllers and no opton for it. Not tried any other PC and got WIndows 8

does not have FF, just vibration.
Is it set to PC, on the PC/PS3 switch?

oh ok - what's ffb then? is it were the wheel fights agaist you? I wanna t500i in the future heh. It's on PC switch

Yeah its when it fights against you, its essential for games like iRacing so you can feel the point where you need to counter steer so you don't spin.

2nd hand Driving Force GTs go about the £50 mark, excellent wheel.
