I made a thread a couple of weeks ago ref the hassle i was having redeeming the 3 games i got with my Asus R9 390.

Guess what?, i still haven't received Far Cry Primal, and the first code i received from OCUK for Battlefront had already been used. That issue was kindly sorted by OC But the fact remains......

Its amazing for someone like me to get these AAA titles included BUT the process is an absolute farce.

Asus - Sort it.

Code redemption is getting beyond a joke, between *cough*'forgetting' to give you a code to no redemption instructions....

Asrock game redemption had you running about everywhere to get your code:

Contact seller for redemption instructions>register with Asrock>download Asrock app>run app>search for the offer that's hidden away out of sight>enter mb serial>get a code>go to a web link enter the code and they give you another code:confused:>enter code in Asrock app>screenshot and mail them proof of mb invoice>wait for email confirmation>enter code in Asrock app>wait for approval>then you finally get an actual game code.

Hope you get it sorted SalfordBoys.:)

This is exactly the same reason I don't even bother with rebate products. However, unlike games, they can just deny it and nothing you can do, you can't appeal, or resubmit.

Things like this are MADE intentionally difficult so that you DON'T redeem, and therefore they make money. Infact they actually bank on the fact that a percentage won't redeem (or can't/denied)

That's disgusting. I shan't be buying anything Asrock.
