Hi guys
I bought a
ASRock B650E PG-ITX WIFI with SAPPHIRE NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7800 XT
No signal to TV have tried both hdmi sockets been through the Bois external graphics. I put in a gt740 card it worked off the pci slot no worries. I don't get anything from the 7800. Updated the bios to 3:15
I'm really thinking of buying a matx board .

What PSU have you got?

If you are using 1 power cable to the GPU, try with 2 seperate ones. Daisy chaining off 1 cable can sometimes cause problems.

Yes just tried this 2 pcievpower cables still nothing. Will be doing the motherboard swap today. Thank you

Was going to suggest a bios update as that sometimes helps, but you have already done this.
It's a puzzling time... I saw a jays2cents video once same type deal no picture from GPU it was a GPU firmware update... Il have to look that video up again. Thank you bud
 
It could be that there is a setting in the bios for which PCIE version you want to use is set incorrectly as the GT470 is Pcie 3 and the 7800XT is Pcie4. If there is this setting you may need to change it to Auto
