No graphics card?

Need to update the graphics drivers on my sisters laptop as it runs horribly, browsing webpages and such is just all jittery.

Ran dxdiag but under display there is no device listed, it just seems to be running off the vga.dll driver at the minute.

Any ideaas on how to find out what chipset is in here and update the driver for it, haven't got any of the original documents or packaging for the laptop either as it was bought 2nd hand.

manufacturer website with the model no. and/or serial no. should sort you out.

those details must be on the laptop, surely?
