The graphics card I plan to buy has just gone out of stock.. It should be back in within a week or two but I need a computer as soon as possible (not for games, just general use).. My question.. Is it possible to run the specification below without a graphics card? If so, how?

Here is my planned build I am ready to purchase...

Intel Core i7-4790K Devil’s Canyon Quad-Core 4.0GHz LGA 1150
BX80646I74790K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

NZXT H440 Mid Tower Case with Side Window and 4 Quiet Fans for PC - White/Black

Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure Edition CPU Cooler

EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR 80 PLUS GOLD 850 W 10 yr Warranty ECO Mode Fully Modular NVIDIA SLI Ready and Crossfire Support

TeamGroup Vulcan RED 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (TLRED316G2400HC11CDC01)

Crucial BX100 CT250BX100SSD1 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gbps (SATA III) Micron 16nm MLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB 32MB Cache SATA 3 (6.0 Gb/S) 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

I havent brought my HD monitor yet either.. Is this possible to run on vga or dvi?
Or can just buy the HD monitor before with the build mentioned above before getting the graphics card.

Ok thanks, yes it has dvi.
Do you think the GIGABYTE GV-R939G1 GAMING-8GD Radeon 8GB 512-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready ATX Video Card is better than the one mentioned above? Is it applicable with my specification and the R9 390 Gfx card?

Yes the R9 390, I just want to check it is all applicable since I just found a better option for the motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-Gaming 7 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

rather than Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

Is it much better?

I know nothing about motherboards to be honest, i buy on how they look so i'll leave someone else to answer that for you mate.

Yeah any GFX card would work providing its PCI-e and you have the power connections on your PSU which you will have :)
