No ground wire for wall heater. Not safe?

Hi guys.
I have a slim wall panel heater in my kitchen (was there when bought house). Pulled cable out of the plug it uses by accident and realised it only have 2 wires. The heater is not earthed anywhere.
Is it an issue? Will get rid of it if it’s not safe, don’t use it anyway.
