No HDMI audio on Vega 56 Pulse?

I've just recieved a Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse from Overclockers and I cannot get HDMI audio. I am using it with Windows 10 latest on a MSI B450M Mortar motherboard with a Ryzen 5 2400G. I have tried everything I can think of including changing the HDMI cables. Different monitors/TV/AVR. Driver installs, uninstalls, DDU. Clean Windows reinstalls. Disabling the iGPU and onboard sound all to no avail. If I connect an HDMI cable to the iGPU on the motherboard I get HDMI audio from that. But no audio is detected from the Pulse GPU. Nothing in Device Manager even if I unhide devices.

Any ideas?
