No IHS CPU in a Shuttle?

Hello everyone,

Im considering purchasing a second hand CPU which has had the IHS removed. I'm aware that its not a good idea to use a screwless cooler with a cpu without the IHS. I have a SN25P which as far as i remember has a screw design. Is anyone else using a shuttle with a CPU without IHS? Are there any reason why this might cause problems?

Check the bottom of the cooler, mine had a ridge round the edge that would clash with the socket without a IHS, but others don't have it.
