No internet access on Virgin DSL

Anyone else seem to be having this problem? Worked fine this morning, but since I got home from work, no internet access at all.
 
When you say "no internet access" what exactly are the problems?

Is the line synced?

Does it establish a session and get an IP address etc?
 
Hover over the wireless icon in the taskbar, it simpy says "No internet access". Router works.

When you try to go to any internet page, Firefox comes up with an error message - the same as one as if you've switched your router/modem off and you try to go online.
 
That means absolutely nothing though.

Can you access the router's web interface? There will be lights on the router, including one which represents the status of the internet connection.
