No internet connection after malware removal?

I managed to get some really annoying spyware etc on my PC so ran all of the anti spyware software like spybot, malwarebytes, superantispyware and now I have no internet tried ipconfig to check network and it comes up with error: the request is not supported?

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks
