No internet on boot on windows 7, nic to router?

ive only recently been gettin this problem since going from windows 7 home pro to windows 7 ultimate via windows update anytime feature. when i resume from hibernate or frest boot i can go to my routers GUI and see the thomson pages but will not allow me to search the web i use firefox as my browser and was just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems?

Does it to me after a cold boot sometimes, I just disable my network adapter in device manager and then re-enable it, works for me.
