No Mirror's Edge on steam ?

what's going on ?, I'm sure ME was available on steam a short while back, now I can't even find it on the Steam store at all, I desperately want a copy of this game, is there anyway to get a steam version at all ?

EDIT -

I notice that you can buy it from the EA online store for £15 (via Digital Download), is that store any good ?, do they have a download limit etc ?

I never remember seeing it on Steam, not sure why.

EDIT: I remember a thread here saying that it was £7.50 at Direct2Driver not sure if that offer is still on.

Because EA games aren't available from Steam in the UK.

Although they are in the North America.

They're available everywhere in the world, bar UK and Japan.

It's highly annoying. I bought a Mirror's Edge serial from G2play and registered it on EA-DM, but I'd *much* rather have it via Steam.
