Nope pretty sure you can ride with no mirrors.
Hell there are some bikes where they may as well have no mirrors they are so useless

Yea, mine are useless lol, only good thing they have is to see if I got any flashing lights in, if you know what I mean hehe.

I was under the impression that if the bike was produced with mirrors, it had to have them, and if it wasn't, it didn't.
I took mine off my bandit and hated it, the BMW has massive mirrors that are nearly at shoulder level and are great

If a "bike" is built with mirrors then yes it has to have them but only for MOT

most bikes going back to the 60`s have had mirrors from new
i have had lots of bikes that had no mirrors on and all passed MOT

YOu do not need mirrors.
Since one of mine was broken on an old NSR i was advised by the mot guy to remove both otherwise it would have failed.

you dont need both, bike with fairing dont look right with just one though

You dont need mirrors for an MOT so therefore it is legal to ride without them.
I have been pulled over by cops in the past with trackday blanking plates still on. Cops moaed and said I should have them blah blah blah. but they couldnt do me for it.
