Just went to place an order and I'm no longer getting the free shipping.

Is this across the board or potentially something wrong with my account?

Not working for me any more either. I felt like I had to pay the delivery charge to place my 9070 XT order, but I've queried with CS why it wasn't free - thought maybe because I'd asked for my email to be updated, but seeing lots of others with the issue.

My profile on the webshop account show it is still linked to the forum.

I'm holding off buying the other parts I wanted to get till it's sorted as I've just tried again and it's still not giving me free shipping.

The cynic in me thinks free shipping will return when this initial batches of 9070s are sold and people aren't in a rush to check out.

I'm sure they'll look into it though, think they've had higher priorities the past couple of days

There is a bug with the forum free shipping currently and the IT team are looking into it which is why it has been removed for the time being.

In the meantime I have requested a shipping refund for you.

We have also disabled weekend delivery options for the moment because of the backlog of orders the warehouse team need to get processed from AMD launch.

I seem to have shipping issues. The checkout cart just says "free delivery (up to five days)" and there doesn't seem to be an option to change it to next day. Is the next day free DPD shipping now gone and it's only five day shipping?

Afaik small items or low value orders get sent 2nd class. If you add something expensive, say a motherboard, does that change the shipping available?

Just checked myself, got the same, will query it.
