No more sockets on router

hiya Folks

I may be overthinking but I have ran out of network sockets on my netgear router. what do I need to add a couple more.

Powerline
CCTV dvr
Backup drive
upstairs PC


Need to add my work server

Is it just a switch I need or a hub???

Thanks guys bought a netgear 8 from a competitor (paid for sat del turned up Mon) I wont stray from overclockers again. LOL
