No motherboard

I ordered individual components to make a pc and the motherboard was b grade but was in stock for over a week even just before I ordered ,,, apparently though it was out of stock ?.... ive been sent everything except the motherboard and when I asked about it in customer care all they had to say is would I like to swap to another board.....I shouldnt have to wait longer and go above my budget because of negligence with ocuk,s stock takeing.

I mean looking at these new parts is cool...but not being able to use them is killing me :(
 
Just build pc without motherboard...

On a serious note, what exactly was it and how much did it cost? You would be better off posting in costumer care and talking to 5UB, he is the ocUK guru.

just a cheap AM3+ board......but its meant for a cheap build
 
If they did`nt have it when you ordered, they should have notified you when they were putting the order together, ready for delivery.
 
Sometimes when you order something and theres only one left it may have been already ordered but the site takes a while to update.
 
With B-Grade products it can be hard to manage, we have only 1 in stock, yet we have hundreds of thousands of people on our website at one time.

If more than one person orders it, which is likely if a good price then we can only send it to the one person.

Are there any motherboards around a similar price to the one you ordered which you would like?

possible but I was watching it for a week.... would be a big coincidence if another person bought it the same day

There are others slightly dearer that would do but I would have to put more money on my prepaid mastercard again and go over budget.

Really any AM3+ motherboard that can take ddr3 ram
 
If you are able to make a post in the Customer Service thread, with your order number, the motherboards you are interested in which are at a similar price. I will have a look and see what I can do for you.

I am not in work tomorrow, but I will ask one of my colleagues to ensure you are dealt with as a matter of urgency. :)
