No option for "keep aspect ratio" in Catalyst Control Center

I'm using a Radeon HD4870 and it seems in the latest drivers there is no option to "keep aspect ratio" in the control center which means that non-widescreen games are stretched to fill the screen which looks stupid.

Any idea how I can fix this?
