No order update on 5600x?

Hi all,

I tried to get a 5600x on launch and am still waiting for any sort of information.

I got an email confirmation of my order and that it was confined at 14:06. Since then, nothing, which is odd as people who missed out on the first batch seem to be getting a "pre order position" email, but I haven't had that either. Been trying to contact OCUK but to no avail, was just wondering if anyone was in a similar position.
 
I suggest u go and check your order history. If the order is there and the order status is " New order - awaiting payment status" you are out of luck. Had same situation and according to customer service they never received such order and it means it was refused by the gateway. According to them in such situation the order doesn't exist and u won't receive anything. Hope that's not the case
 
The order status is blank.

However checked my bank and money hasn't been taken so I assume it's bugged out or something. Ah well I guess. Will just try a competitor on restock I think...

Yeah I'm affraid u are screwed. You could have contacted support and show them screenshot of the order maybe they could put you up in the queue since u actually ordered it very early. Not your fault their website did not hold AGAIN
