No output from Asus P8h77-i MOBO

Just installed 8GB of Corsair XMS RAM and a i3 2120 along with a PICO PSU, the power LED is on but i'm getting no output to my monitor with VGA, HDMI or DVI.

Any ideas?

Do you have the 4pin ATX plugged in to the board?

Yeah got that plugged in

Use a single stick of RAM and unplug all drives.

See if that does anything.

IS the CPU fan spinning?

No fan movement and just tried one stick. I'll have to send the board back i think. Thanks for your help

So have you got the power button from the case connected correctly?

Try using a screw driver and shorting the two pins on the front panel header.
