Hi, Just installed 2x Ripjawsx 2gb and now I cannot boot my computer, I cant even access the bios any ideas?

P.s. I Have Allready tryed using different memory, removing my graphics card and using the intergrated graphics, re-seating the cpu, and clearing the cmos (just in case)

***EDIT***

Overclockers just tested my mobo, and gave it the ok.
So I guess it must be my cable or something.

Did you add it alongside other RAM as an upgrade or is it a new build?

If so, tried booting it without the new RAM installed? Also is it firing up but just not POSTing or completely dead?

What system specs you got?

These sticks replaced my old ram, and yes I have tryed without the new ram, and It seems to boot just with no vga output, though I cant tell as I cannot see whats going on. :(

1gb ram W/O the new sticks, 2.7 ghz sempron 140, 500gb hd

What happens when you try your old ram, I believe you have tried each stick individually and in all memory slots.

What is the make model of your motherboard.

Odd. I'd try cleaning out all slots and using only the old sticks, but one at a time in each slot, to try and figure out if it's a bad slot, if you haven't already.

What are the part #s of each stick?

Could try reseating everything, even down to the CPU, just for good measure. Failing that, I'm voting board.

There's a 0.3v difference in the two sticks, they're not meant to be installed at the same time in the N68C-S UCC apparently. Shouldn't have fried the board but it could've done I guess, maybe there was an underlying problem with the DDR3 slots to begin with and it just hasn't showed up?

I'd say try a longer reset, some boards can take up to 30 minutes to do it.

And clean the slots and check it's seated properly incase you haven't already.
