I just got the item
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SP-001-QP
The above item has in description:
Microphone specs:
Frequency response: 20 - 20,000 Hz

On the box item has:
Frequency response: 100 - 12,000 Hz

I went on manufacturer's website and found the information that the item has only 100-12,000 Hz microphone frequency range
I got the item on the basis of 20-20,000 Hz on the microphone

other online retailers state frequency as being 20-20,000 Hz
But manufacturers website and the box states 100 - 12,000 Hz

manufacturers website:
http://www.qpad.com/products/headset...ack/#tech-spec

So got a RMA request in and lost my patience reading:
Problem / Fault description: Unwanted [Customer Changed their Mind],
It is not unwanted it doesn't suit the purpose
Wrong item description, misleading
Having a 071 number does not help will not call that
Some help help, acknowledgement that the item has a wrong description i do not need it
Will like it sorted before 16.00
To place an order for headphones that will do the speaker part cheaper

Your best bet if you want a response quicker would be to call Ocuk rather than a webnote or forum post.

That or post in here OcUK Customer Service

Not 100% sure if the link will work but it's another sub-forum. 5UB and co and normally fairly quick to respond to post's there. Rather than in the general section :)

like the email i got on 6 of august
about confirmation of faulty item i have not seen replacement yet? or appears in my RMA history?
will have to follow up on that one as well

will get a cheaper pair just now
Spent 100 quid for a microphone bloody hell this is the thing that got me upset
And do not want to pay return postage for something that doesn't do what i got it for
