No PlusNet connection...

.....all was fine until last night when this morning I was greeted by having no connectivity.

Reset BT modem and Asus router and stil no joy. Also reset PC to see if issue was there and nada.

Modem shows solid DSL LED and router, when logged into admin page, shows internet connectivity as green.....yet if you try to update firmware says there is no connectivity to the server.

Anyone else having any issues at present?
 
My PlusNet went down for 15 mins yesterday about 6 pm, but is working now normally. Maybe they are having problems. If you can log in to your user account with them they have a page you can check to see if there has been a break in service.
 
Yeah...waiting for house mate to pass on the log in details. Is set up in his name and he now works a few hundred miles away from the house.......
 
Mine hasn't been too stable in the evenings since having it installed a week or so ago.

Speeds drop right down I have noticed and websites take a long time to load. Hopefully it's just a temporary issue.

We've been made aware of a UK-wide Major Service Outage by BT. It looks as though for the large amount that customers are reconnecting automatically. This initially hit us at around 06:10.

Thanks for the info...will checkl on this later today when I get home from work.

Where abouts in teh account pages is the checker to see what has been occuring with the connection?
