Just noticed that according to the FAH stats site I have no active clients but I have 2 systems running. The passkey, username and team number are correct on both clients but it seems I have not been clocking up points

Anyone else having same problems? I have looked on the new and old FAH site but can't see any way to contact them either.

What are the logs on your client's saying? They should show the progress of each WU, and will also show if the results are uploading correctly once those WUs reach 100%. Should also confirm in the logs the user account details.

Remember stats pages, including F@H site iteslf has a time lag before anything appears. There is a time difference with their servers being US based, but you also need to allow that most servers only update every few hours.

Oh, well it seems it is working ok then, was really confused when it said no active clients in last 7 days :confused:

Points gone on from yesterday but don't have logs to check now I've uninstalled the client.

I'm having a similar problem. I'm only crunching to test a few machines, but I thought that the WUs/points might as well go toward team 10.

I'm not seeing my single WU (so far, I'm 56% through a 2nd on one box and 13% on another) upload though, nor can I create an EOC ID in FAH GPU Tracker, I'm guessing due to not being associated with the team?

My username is paradigm, and I've got my passkey configured on both client machines.

Also, in FAH GPU Tracker, I can see PPD listed as something gigantic (104,256.0), yet the WU is only worth 552 points, and there is no way at the current rate the machine would finish another 188 WUs.
