no post and no beep

hi i've got this mobo

INTEL
BX80557E2160
PENTIUM DUAL-CORE E2160 SOCKET LGA775 PROCESSOR

Foxconn Intel 946GZ 775 Mobo
1gb kingston ddr2 4200 ram

i can't seem to get it working, it doesn't post or anything no beeps aswell!!! Which is realyl strange.

help please

Have you tried powering without any RAM in? Any beeps?

Tried reseating? Checked it's not shorting anywhere?
