No post - flash bios?

No. Well, not as such. Some boards mount the Bios chips in sockets so they can be removed with a pair of pliers and replaced by a chip with an updated version. If the chips are soldered to the board though, you need to either fix whatever is causing the failed post or try to get an RMA.
