Just put a system together for my folks & it won't post

2x1GB Giel 800Mhz DDR2

Everything is spinning,gfx card,cpu fan & case fans
All switches on ok,but just get a no display signal, no beeps coming from the mobo either
Tried it with different ram,cpu & gfx card(from my own pc,so i know they are working),just to try another psu,will be doing shortly
Don't usually run into any problems that i can't sort out myself,but looks like i have this time
I'm thinking the mobo is at fault here
Any ideas ?
