I've run into a strange problem where after a shutdown my PC won't turn on again unless I flick the PSU switch a few times.
It appears after any type of shutdown (soft or hard), power will only be restored after the PSU has been cycled a few times (seems a random response so far).
I've attempted clearing BIOS & updating BIOS.
I've removed all components from MB, except RAM and CPU (including case switch).
I'm running a z77 mPower and AX650.
I'm unable to diagnose them separately as I don't have a spare MB or PSU.
