After 3 weeks my system has died.
Nothing happens when the power button is pressed.
I have connected the power supply to another system and it powers up fine.
I have also removed the ram, hdd, graphics card and dvd drive and reconnected
the cables still nothing happens when power button pressed.
I believe the motherboard my be dead is there anything else I could try.

When you say linking the power switch do you mean connecting the power switch from
one system to another?

I though of trying this but while the board is still in the case the cable from the other systems power button will not reach
