I gave my gf my old pc and while i had it there were no problems, she has it a month and gets all sorts of problems...conincidence?
anyway...basically it was being weird and asked for the xp serial even though it had been activated for over a year and now it will not boot, no power nothing.
now i was going to look into this and was think it could be...

something has come loose

does anyone have any other suggestions before i rip out the old psu (obviously that is the last, but most likely solution.
