No Previous Owners Logged

Hi guys im going to look at a car tomorrow, i just payed for a car history check , everything passed but for some reason it says No Previous Owners Logged and according to the seller there is 5 previous owners.

Any ideas?

2 previous registrations reported from 04 April 2007 until 04 November 2014 . does this mean anything?

Exactly as it says. It's had previous plates on it O.o Generally suggests private plates aka standard/private/back to standard
