I raised a query on the Customer Services Forum on Sunday and I have had no response.

I tried the phone and can't seem to get through to Support, even the Sales number seems dead.

Can someone advise how to proceed since I have £1600 of kit in a nice new case which has basically done nothing, not even beep.

The items were shipped to me within 2 hours of being ordered but commencing the process of sorting out problems has taken two and a half days so far and nothing has happened.

May I respectfully suggest that someone look at the 'Order, RMA/Return and Techinical Queries' page.

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18104267

I had this page up when decided to phone Technical Support.

I've now realised that at least some of the phone numbers given on that page are incorrect.

Armed with the correct number I rang Technical Support and at position 5 in the queue decided to hold.
After approx 20 mins I was in position 1, when the music stopped and the tone changed slightly.
Nothing happened for a further 5 mins so I gave up.

An hour or so later I tried again.
Position 5 in the queue.
After approx 30 mins I was in position 1, and I was cut off, and I had dialing tone.

My system doesn't seem to be the only one not working quite as intended.

This is starting to become quite frustrating

No doubt I'll get told off for raising these matters here but the 'RMA/Return & Technical Queries' system is slow to put it politely.

The Technical Support phone system seems, if anything, worse.
