no ringtones tab in iTunes?

I've been trying to get some new ringtones for my iPhone 3g but am having big problems..
I've got no ringtones tab in my itunes (using latest version) so have no idea what to do..I've searched google but not come up with much. Anyone else not got the ringtones tab?..
This is really bugging me now as the tones that come with the phone are awfull.. Please help..

You only get the ringtones tab when you add a ringtone to it.

Download this example ringtone from Feek's thread here and it should appear.
