Been 2-3 days now and been waiting a reply for my Samsung S23A750D monitor due to having a dead pixel.

It's been nearly two weeks so nearly the "14 day return" policy? What happens if I get no reply? Would I have to go to Samsung then?

As far as i know you cant RMA a monitor for having a dead pixel.

However you can return it under DSR. If youre times almost up why not try ringing the shop?

It's counted from the first time you attempt to make contact.

Go for a DSR though, as it's a no questions asked return for a refund.

It should have been under the RMA webnote system. You should still have a reply though as they are all answered, may be best checking your junk mail.

If still no luck as you are signed on the forum, make a thread here:

With your order number and let them know exactly what the issue is and how you would like it resolved and they will try and help you. :)

Thanks for the help 5UB! If all else fails, would contacting Samsung directly be a good idea?

It says that returned items require a plain outer box? What if I don't have or can not find one? I have the original Samsung box the monitor came in.
