No 'Send to' Option?

Just installed XP64 and it doesn't have the 'Sent to' option.

I can see the 'Send' to folder in each user, anyone know how to fix this?

I had some problems installing it, the initial part of the install when its copying files across before it reboots, mine took about 2 hours! But rest took about 10 minutes I think my dvd drive is on it's way out

Apart from this rather annoying problem im really impressed with XP64, ive not come across one piece of software that wont install
