No sent items? - Outlook / Exchange

One of the users has reported that since the 4th of Feb none of their sent emails are being displayed in sent items.

We're all connected to an exchage server and this person is the only one affected.

I've checked the view options etc and everything looks OK.

Any ideas?
 
What does Outlook on the exchange server see?

I mean, is it a problem with them not actually being there, or a problem with Outlook not displaying them due to a custom view?
