No Shield server param for CS 1.6?

Please tell me there is one? I've started having a bash about with bots (Zbot) and it's bloody annoying when they just stand there with the shield!

Also, is it possible to run a DM mod with the bots? Whats the DM mod that everyone uses?

Without running extra plugins, such as admin mod or whatever is the norm today, the answer is no I believe.
