So I bought a HD 5450 to use as the motherboard didnt have a built in HDMI output. This is connecting via HDMI to my LG TV.
I have installed the latest Catalyst driver but it refuses to give me signal past the windows logon.
Heres the weird bit, it worked fine until Windows updated its own driver for the card, and then catalyst hasn't been able to rescue it.
Using safe mode, it boots up a treat and HDMI works fine, if I connect via DVI>HDMI it works fine (so it cant be the card) and sees the HDMI as an audio output as well so it's acknowledging it's there.
Only thing I havent tried is PC on another screen yet.
Any other ideas as I want to use it with my TV?
