so then we installed the graphical drivers, restarted and it just did the same error and no signal after the windows logo.

It's most likely either

1) wrong refresh rate 2) wrong graphics drivers 3) faulty on board GPU.

After installing graphics drivers can you manually set refresh rate before the computer restarts?

Does AMD have an auto-detect graphics driver tool like Nvidia has?

AMD does have an auto detect tool.

have you updated the bios yet? I don't see it mentioned,that would be my first job
