Sounds like a loose or faulty montitor cable, or if it's been janked about, it may have damaged the socket on either the monitor or pc.

New cable is the first thing, if it's a really cheap cable it just might not be a snug fit.

i was using a hdmi cable and had the problem so i tryed a vga cable and still have the problem i have tryed the pc on another monitor and had the same problem

When it works, does it work properly, ie, no screen artifacts or glitching?
I'm still thinking it's a bad cable or socket.

Can you try a different graphics card? Does the cpu/mobo have on-board graphics, if so, remove the graphics card and see if you have any joy using the onboard gpu, you may have to make sure it's enabled in BIOS.

it works fine when its on
when the issue first started i removed the gpu and have been on the onboard since with the same problem

i have tryed 2x hdmi and 1x vga so i have used the hdmi socket and the vga socket
